I’m not punk by any means, but I do have 4 tattoos, and used to have alot of piercings before I took them out for professional reasons.

@jenilynevette:  Same, I dont consider my self punk at all but I have 4 tattoos (only two will be able to be seen) and they are getting covered. I now only have 6 piercing whereas I used to have around 25 but I took them out.

I’m not really a punk, but I do have 22 piercings (I think… I might have missed a few) and a few tattoos. Oddly enough, you wouldn’t know it to look at me… I usually wear my hair down, and my tats are all hidden ones. I guess if you met me, you’d think I was quite conservatively dressed, but with a nose ring?

I wouldn’t call myself PUNK, but I have tattoos (only a few so far, but I plan on getting much more post wedding), piercings, and plugs.

Our first tattoos, together.

My photography piece.

My most recent, not finished. Going to do black and white shading, but probably can’t finish before the wedding. ๐Ÿ™ Damn wedding expenses!

Here are my wedding plugs, and you can see my monroe and septum pierceings!

@soontobebe:  I’m gettting married in a black and white gown inspired by this Dior.  A few months ago, I was unsure if this was a good idea.  I made a poll thread and was totally suprised how many people had negative crap to say about my choice.  There were a few girls who spoke up and helped me realize this dress is amazing and speaking to me because it reflects me, not popular expectations.  I’d love to get some more colored dress brides and unique personality brides bragging on here!

I have a partial torso wrap that starts down on my left front and back hip and twists all the way up to just underneath my left shoulder – it’s all flowers and vines – and it’s starting to take bunt vintage feel cause some parts are really old and the color is faded. Anyway, I used to really regret it but now I feek as though I’ve come full circle and and am rather fond of it. I’m on the fence about going in and touching it up or just letting it continue to fade over time.

Anyhow, my vintage lace dress is being customed to cover up by tattoo.. We’ll see what it looks like when it comes in though – I may decide to restructure it back to a deep open back depending on the final product.

Husband and I are both tattooed and pierced – having a more vintage-y wedding though as I’m not really too “punk” lol.

I only have my bridge pierced currently (have had it since I was 15 – almost 8 years now!). I had quite a few facial piercings when I was younger but have only kept my bridge because I can easily cover it with my glasses when needed.

back when my hair was locked up – i combed them out about 11 months ago after 2 yrs (two of my “bigger” tattos – I have 11)

my favorite piece – a little obsessed with jurassic park ;p

@beeble2121:  I’ve had the same reaction and have pretty much ignored the negative.  It makes life easier.

I’m punk, but the way I look is… um… me?  I’m not pierced, one tat, and I wear what I feel like on a day to day business.

For the wedding, I’m still looking for wedding crap.  Still looking for the dress, not sold on white.  Not sold on nonwhite either.  The only thing I know for sure is that I want to see my Fiance in a custom made suit.  That would be sweet.

I’m more of a pierced bride than a tattooed one, and I’m much less punk now at 22 than I was at 15 – sadly, working a job where you’re not allowed to have blue hair will do that to you lol

I have five tattoos, but the only large one is on my stomach and will therefore not be visible on the wedding day. The other four are small script tattoos on my wrists, foot, and shoulder. I also have my nose pierced, multiple piercings on both my ears, and my ears are stretched to a 0.

Here’s a pic for reference – I’m wearing some blingy plugs I found online, still felt bridal without having to close my lobes ๐Ÿ™‚

@ashleighxcult:  Where did you find your plugs? I am currently on the hunt for a pair that dangles.

I USED to be punk/grunge… now I’m just domesticated and boring ๐Ÿ˜› And I don’t know how punk rock a giant solar system tattoo is, but I’ve got that…

Years ago, I rocked short cropped purple/black hair and 11 piercings. Now my hair is long and dark brown/black and I’m down to 6 piercings (2 for each ear and 2 for the girls)

Here is my tattoo (please ignore the KT Tape, it’s to relieve my shoulder pain… oh that sounds so elderly lol):

Here’s right after getting some work done (it still needs touch-ups for blending purposes):

And here it is displayed in a dress (not THE dress, but similar cut):
