My sis was 5 months pregnant on her wedding day! She decided not to postpone and continue as planned. We focused on the wedding and those related showers first, then after the wedding, we went baby crazy! It all worked our perfectly. Best of luck with whatever you decide to do!!

Try looking up Mrs. Dumpling’s posts…she got pregnant while planning the wedding & her wedding was still GAWRGEOUS!  She even wore a mermaid sheath gown & looked FABULOUS.  Sending you ((hugs)) & hope everything works out!

I was just going to suggest that Ms. Pascua!   Mrs. Dumpling had an incredible wedding, pregnant belly and all.  πŸ™‚ If you are pregnant, congratulations and good luck!

I second reading Mrs. Dumpling!  She was so inspiring.

Someone very close to me had her wedding while pregnant.  She looked gorgeous and had a wonderful time.  I don’t even think that most people knew she was pregnant, and she really really had a wonderful glow!!!

I’ve just started showing a very tiny baby belly and I’m almost 24 weeks pregnant now.  (I hit the official 6th month a week ago).

I wish you the best of luck!!!  (And if you are officially pregnant, please share your due date etc with us on the baby list thread) πŸ™‚

Ah! We’re date twins. I don’t know what to tell you… personally I’d probably have a heart attack, but I’m glad you’re not!

Good luck. I say talk to your Fiance about it first!

Congrats! You prob wouldn’t HAVE to move it up that much. If you aimed to get married around month 4 it should be after your morning sickness period (I’ve heard that women feel the best during their 2nd trimester) but before you start showing much if at all.

Congratulations!  Really, I wouldn’t worry too much about rushing things.  You have plenty of time πŸ™‚  You definitely won’t be showing for months even though you’ll notice changes in your body… Most people don’t really start to show around 20 weeks and start feeling better anywhere between 12-20 weeks.

How are you dealing psychologically?  You seem to be doing great, but I’m sure there’s a whole range of emotions.

Anyway, I’ll add you to the list and am sending you wishes for a happy healthy pregnancy!

That makes perfect sense!  I just didn’t want you to feel rushed because of fitting into your dress or anything like that πŸ™‚

Congratulations-you’ll be fine!  You might consider a VERY simple, beautiful courthouse wedding (a la a toned-down Mrs. Mary Jane affair) just for insurance, and then you wouldn’t have to move the big shebang up.  The dress should be FINE if you’re a size 2-again look at Mrs. Dumpling.  Good luck to you!  (We were careful NOT to get pregant before the wedding, b/c I could barely handle the stress of that-you are really taking everything with such grace for someone so young!)
