Well i would say arroz con guandules, arroz con vegetales, pernil, carne de res guisada, pollo asado, empanadas de pollo, empanadas de carne molida, ensalada de papa, ensalada de lechuga y tomate, tostones, platano maduro, batatas fritas, flan, arroz con leche, arepa, dulce de coco… I can name more if you want. =)

I am having my wedding in the DR and I’m having a regular buffet with medallones de ress, pechuga de pollo, fish, pastelon de papa, arroz con guandules, ensalada (de lentejas y romana).
