Weight watchers online is the best diet ever. You can eat your chocolate or cheeseburger. It teaches you about portions and calories in versus calories out. I lost twenty pounds on it.

I completely second that. Weight watchers worked for me, I lost 25-30 lbs in 4 months! Online is so easy and there’s great recipes; I even cook them for my FH and he requests them!

Aside from joining weight watchers or paying for some other expensive weight-loss program, there are definitely things you can do by yourself to help slim down.  First of all – do not eat or drink anything but water after 8pm (may sound weird, but trust me any calories consumed after that time just sit in your body unused and turn into fat). Then try a website like: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm and plug in your body weight, height etc.. that will help you determine how many calories/ day you should be consuming in order to lose weight. Once you figure that out, keep a calorie diary to help keep track of your caloric intake. I write down EVERYTHING i eat and drink during the day – you might be surprised about how quickly a soda and a starbucks coffee can add to your caloric intake for the day.

Then throw in a few extra days of light-moderate excerise and you should definitely notice a difference! My fiance and I take 3-4 walks/ week. It’s a great way to get some quality time together and unwind after a long day’s work 🙂
