I want to whiten my teeth as well so I can wear a pretty lipstick w.o. making my teeth look dingy! I’ve tried baking soda 1x a week before and that worked a tad though.now ill probably try the white strips.

I use my moulds and gel from the dentist. I put them in every night for 2 weeks, twice a year. they end up staing  white for about 6 months each time! I don’t drink dark liquids though, so that maybe why they stay white for so long!

@renwoman:  yeah, i assume that includes coffee, but i guess that would be weird. if you can’t drink through a straw, you could also rinse your mouth (or brush your teeth) afterwards so you don’t have that soda/coffee residue sitting on your teeth all day.

Crest white strips work great. There are 12 in the package I am using, and I just wear one 30 minutes a day. It’s cheaper than the dentist, easy, convenient, and provides excellent results. I definitely notice a difference, but my teeth don’t look scary by any means!

@renwoman:  I got the Crest Whitestrips before our wedding and LOVED them. Did it about 2 months before and it made a huge difference. They also didn’t hurt my teeth (Which are pretty sensitive) like they do for some people. I’d definitely recommend them 🙂
