I normally sleep like the dead anyways so I don’t anticipate it being a big problem for me, but just in case I will have some wine on hand. Don’t know about you, but I’m a lightweight so 1 glass will knock me out.

I don’t recommend tea or milk or anything liquid…only because they "force" me to wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom – NOT a restful sleep.
Up your exercise routine in these coming months. I have a feeling that will really help calm your mind, as well as keep you healthy!
If it is something that really concerns you, you should make a visit to your doc and have a talk with him/her about it. They are there for a reason!
I KNOW I will need a sleep aid. I have a really hard time sleeping when there is something big happening, so I know this will be no different. I am going to take tylenol PM fo sho.
If you’re cool with it, I know what illegal substance puts me to sleep…healthier than tylenol pm and not that hard to find!
Thank you all for the great advice. I am going to try the list making approach, I think that should cut down on the sleepless nights and help me to be ready so I can sleep the night before if my body will let me. Thanks again!
I’ve had trouble sleeping my whole life and tried various sleeping aids. I have the hardest time getting my mind to stop turning, and I actually have to use two different aids together to work for me, but most people would probably only need one. I take a melatonin and SleepyTime (Tylenol PM without the pain reliever) together about 2 hours before bed. Seems to work well for me!
I have the same concerns too! I can’t sleep if I am anxious, etc and am worried I will get a terrible night sleep!
I’ll have a few glasses of wine at the rehearsal dinner, so hopefully it won’t be a problem. I’ll bring some advil PM along with me to my hotel, too, in case I am desperate!
