I like the story of a young mom and her boy driving and they get in a car wreck. But no one knows where. One night some people are driving and think they see a woman lying on the side of the road so they call the cops and when the cops get there the woman’s gone but they see thats where the car slid into the woods. They find the car, the moms dead but the boys alive and he claims to this day he had an angel with him watching over him the whole time.

Another one I like is about a man and woman about to get married. They lived in an old house with family. And the day of the wedding the woman has a seizure. But no ones upstairs in that old large house so she dies by a head injury (banging her head on the ground while convulsions happend) The fiance is

The one who found her.

They say to this day you can see a woman in a white wedding dress walking around that house and hear banging from upstairs. 🙁

Boxerlover24:  I’ve followed the Lauren Spierer story from the beginning, too. Glad to see I’m not the only one. I remember when it first happened I would check the news every day thinking it would be the day they found her and here we are 3 years later. I can’t imagine having a family member or friend diappear into thin air with no answers. I think the guy who won’t talk knows what happened to her.

I was the poster on the other thread who mentioned seacrching for missing people as my hobby.  One of the cases that had always interested me is the story of the kidnapping of Sheila and Katherine Lyon- two sisters who were abducted in Maryland (where I live).  Just recently there was a break in the case where authorities named a suspect- which is amazing since it has been almost 40 years since they were taken.  I can’t even imagine the pain of losing one child, much less two.  Here is the link to their story: http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/l/lyon_sheila.html

leisha606:  Haha, you get used to it! I’ve lived here for about 7.5 years. The only time it really bothers me anymore is when I’m trying to sleep and it sounds like someone is knocking on the walls or moving things around. And then I just tell them to be quiet. “They” usually listen. My Fiance still isn’t used to it. He went from not believing in ghosts to “holy crap it literally sounds like someone is stomping around upstairs.”

One of my friend’s brothers went missing in 2005.  He was at a party with friends, left to go home, and just disappeared.  They haven’t found his car, him, nothing!

And THEN less than a year later one of his friends went missing.  He was last seen at the Ugly Tuna Saloona, which is near OSU campus.  It’s an EXREMELY busy area and gets absolutely packed.  There is no footage of him leaving the bar.  He just disappeared in to thin air

SomedayHisBride:  Okay, so you got me curious and I started looking up stuff about Paul McCartney being dead. I’m almost convinced myself now!

Another thing I’m interested in (that seriously creeps me out) is the Illuminatati. I’ve done so much research on it, its ridiculous. I’m half convinced I’m going to end up on an Illuminatati watch list or something. Haha.

And while I don’t believe in “reptilians” that creeps me out also.

Arshim: The Tamam Shud mystery is endlessly fascinating to me. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taman_Shud

(And I totally agree on the Dyatlov Pass Incident – if you read Russian, there’s a recent series of articles on the subject in Komsomolskaya Pravda)

I looove this things even if im SO scared!

I have one classmate that disappeared.

He was out with his friends, everything was normal. He left the club to go home. Talked with a friend on the tram. The camera on the tram shows that he whent of on his stop. His mom and dad heard him come home, close the alarm and go in the kitchen to grab the car key. He has never before been driving drunk! He took the car and left.

A few days later they found the car parked a bit outside of town, close to there summer house. But no trace of him. He was a very nice quiet guy. No drugs, criminal in any way. I was just going to start a new job that he was very happy about….

its now about 5 years I think. His mom died without knowing what happend to her son.

<br />And something a bit more ghosty.

My moms best friend was siting in the kitchen reading one evening. She left the book on the kitchen table an whent to bed.

The next morning the book was open. It was coffe stains on the page, no coffe any were in the kitchen. In the midde of the right page was a quare hole. The paper pice that should have been there was next to the book. Folded four time in a perfect square.

Iv seen the book and paper to look for clues if it was like a message in the text. But nothing.

She is convinsed that its a sign from her 19year old daughter that died in cancer a few months before this happend.
