Here’s mine:

It was poofy, and a bit hard to move around in until bustled, but totally worth it!

@smilestorm:  I thnk it’s considered a drop waist. When I think drop waist i always think “past the hips” and this stops right above mine. So maybe its a hybrid of a drop waist and basque waist? Or I thnk of it as the bodice and the skirt, almost like it were two pieces even though it’s only one.

@esheri:  see I think I don’t understand the definition then. Yours is perfect in my opinion. I want the top to stop at my hips ideally! I need to go try some on first before I know I guess.

@littlewitch:  It’s a Demetrios, that’s the designer. I forget the number i bought it so long ago, sorry! It’s a ballgown with the biggest slip possible. I had them add extra length to the train. The original had a little sweep train, but i wanted something a bit grander. I actually liked a lot of their dresses and really loved 2, but this was “THE ONE”.

caseysbride:  Here’s my tulle puff.  I thought about taking some of the volume out, but there’s just no way.  I love it.

I love the pick ups! do you have photos of the front? I tried on this dress i think and the top seems to be a different colour than the bottom tulle colour.  Any thoughts or is it not that obvious?

Mine is a tulle too!! I’ll be wearing the fullest underskirt to make it poofier. It’s DB VW 351065
