I had my first wedding dream last night! It wasn’t the best either, but not a nightmare! Nothing was working right. Our wedding party was just doing what they wanted and made all these decision that i had no idea about! And our rehersal was more formal than the wedding and i wore my dress for the rehersal and all through until the wedding (FI isn’t seeing me until i walk down the aisle). Nothing seemed to work right either, it was crazy. But i do remember feeling super happy and crying!

Bella, we have the same wedding date so I understand your anxiety about the weather!!

I have had some wedding nightmares.

One was about my hair and makeup. My sister gifted me my hair and makeup so its paid off but I dreamt I never followed up with the lady and never scheduled it so I had to do it myself the day of!

I also was stressing about not getting the invitations out by Jan. 1 like I wanted so another dream was that no one showed up because the invations never went out. LOL I can laugh now, because they are gone!

I had another where the day of all the groomsmen refused to wear the lavender vests and ties!

I’m sure the weather one is coming because with all this COLD weather, I am so afraid it will be freezing and rainy that weekend!

March here is so unpredictable. One weekend will be our “last freeze” and the next it will be in the 80s. Our ceremony is outside and the reception is indoors. The ceremony starts at 4:30 pm though so it will be cooling down by that time of day. I am just hoping it is sunny…if it is then I think it will be fine…just PLEASE DO NOT rain or be gloomy! My fiance keeps teasing me that I will be freezing in my strapless dress and he will be warm and toasty in his tux. I hope it is nice and warm so I can tease HIM about all that warm and toastiness! LOL

There musta been soemthing in the air last night. I officially had my first wedding nightmare last night. It was horrible. All the sudden it was the big day and I was totally unprepared. I had no hairsylist, no make-up artist, no music. It was a disaster and no one was helping. It was horrible. I don’t want another 9 months of this. I hope that was my first and last.

I had some initially after we got engaged and every now and again I’ll have one.  I’m sure as it draws closer I’ll have more!

I had *another* one just the other day.  My Future Mother-In-Law somehow switched the ceremony to be in a Catholic church, which I have been very against.  (no offense to anyone!)  I started running down the aisle screaming about how everyone was in the wrong church and the whole wedding needed to be moved to a church across the street!  Everyone was just staring at me like I was a crazy bridezilla.

Also, my florist died and I didn’t have a single flower at the whole wedding.  I carried a  perfume bottle down the aisle.

OH I’m having them every night now!!!

The worst ones are:

Me, fiance, and parents, and a priest went for a walk in a park, and we all forgot that we had to go to the ceremony.  And when we went back to the hotel, the guy said we took too long so they let this old couple have a 50th anniversary party instead.

and

I was at the hotel getting ready and I realized that I never picked up my dress from the seamtress.  I didn’t have any makeup.  And that I was marrying Ellen Degeneres instead of my fiance.  And I was so mad that he had been replaced by Ellen, but I couldn’t do anything about it. So I just went along with it.  I woke up before I got to the aisle tho!! LOL

I had one not too long ago that was weird!  Instead of walking down the aisle in my beautiful strapless a-line gown, I was in my mom’s wedding dress from 1990 with its puffed sleeves and huge skirt!  I tripped the whole way down the aisle, and to make things even weirder, I was “tripping” down the aisle to the song “Linger” by the Cranberries.  I have others where the flower girls aren’t wearing the dresses I picked out and such.

I’ve had one, and it was not pleasant.  I was late, which is my true worst nightmare.  And, I wasn’t ready yet, people were already arriving and congratulating me and I still didn’t have make-up on!  And then I couldn’t find anyone to do my make up so I went to my car which I had to park somewhere else and did my own make-up.  I know random, but I woke up horrified.  Hopefully none of it comes true.
