I am!  I bought my wtoo dress from a sample sale.  I LOVE my dress in terms of design, but because it is more cheaply made, it was $250 in alterations (including adding more boning and other touches) to make it fit right.  I thought it was a budget dress, but all said and done I am almost a $1000 into it.

In retrospect, I still love my dress, but if I had to do it over I would likely go to david’s bridal or one of the places where I can actually try a dress on closer to my size, and hopefully cheaper for alterations.

I don’t even know what the style is.  I knew nothing about it when I went looking. I suggest going on yelp and typing in “wedding dress” or “sample sale” and seeing what comes up.  That is how I found my store.  They had all their dresses for $500-1000 and were just a boutique.

You should also try once wed.  Many of the dresses on there are never worn.

I know I sound like an unrealistic brat complaining about $250 on alterations, but that doesn’t include the pressing ($55) and I really thought I would get away with something rack ready, in my size, that only needed a few minor tweaks.

If you are still looking (although it looks like you are getting married soon) I have a Watters Wtoo Mimi available for sale!
