I budgeted £2500 with wriggle room and my dress is only £1500 but I’ve made up for that by spending over £1200 on accessories (£600 on shoes, £550 on the veil and £100ish on jewellery).

I budgeted $1500 and purchased my dress for $500. I’ll use the extra cash for a nicer photographer since I was concerned we were lacking room for that in the budget and it’s one of the most important aspects for me.

So far I’m under budget. The dress budget and retail price were both $1200. The dress was on sale for $370. I still have alterations to pay for, so we’ll see what happens!

my budget was $1200 with alterations….my dress was $845….and I’m guessing alterations will cost the rest of it haha.  So I guess I’m JUST at budget!

I budgeted $1200 and my dress was $650. I spread the savings around a few other wedding things, like upping the photography budget and getting a lovely veil.

I didn’t want to go over $2,500 for dress and alterations. I paid $1,800 for the dress, and alterations will probably be about $250. So I’m under my max by about $450. I haven’t really budgeted for the wedding. We just have a max amount and are trying to stay under it.

I wanted to stay under $1500 after all was said and done- shoes, dress, alterations, veil.  So far I’m at $800 and the only thing I haven’t paid for are alterations, so I’m hoping to stay under $1000 total.  The money isn’t going anywhere else though because my grandmom bought everything for me, and she actually didn’t give me a budget.

I ended up spending only half of what I’d budgeted on my dress. I put the extra toward a limo for the bridal party to use the day of the wedding because we had six bridesmaids and six groomsmen, plus us! It definitely helped 14 people get around a little easier. ๐Ÿ™‚

My budget was $3K.  I spent $499.  I wouldn’t say I blew the rest on other stuff.  I mean I had a good budget and spent 1/3 of it.  By no means was I cheap, but I had the wedding I wanted and got it for a lot less than I had planned.

My budget was $5,000 and my dress ended up just shy of $2,000. With all my accessories etc I will probably end up about $3,500 total….still under budget. ๐Ÿ™‚
