I’m trying to get back into my fitness and I’m doing C25K but I need to do some strength training as well – I just started the Blogilates workouts (starting with the beginners schedule). She has a ton of pilates-based videos that are easy to do at home with little to no equipment. If you’ve never done pilates before, this is a good place to start! Anybody have a favorite workout on Blogilates? Anyone wanna join me?
