Hey there…I am new to this site and newly engaged…planning a wedding for June 2011 and looking at what I call Royal Reds…deep red, purple and pink (David’s Bridal calls them raspberry, apple and sangria and I love them together)….I have so much already planned but I am still not for sure about the colors….I am afraid to do too much….I am wanting a simple and classy outdoor wedding but tend to be an outside of the box thinker. I found a bridesmaid dress I love and was going to alternate the three dresses with my nine bridesmaids. I want flowers only in these shades and then plan on the tablecloths to be either alternating of these colors or white and then do up all the tables with the color….I started with the color choice and now am back to rethinking….I love the look but still not completely sure. I am thinking of so many things…..these colors as fans opened on white folding chairs at ceremony….many raspberry, blackberry and strawberry jam as favors but also in these colors…..thinking of using old vinyl records as chargers but even wondering about spraypainting them….not sure about this one yet…there is so much more….just a lot to think about….good luck!:)

@missleahfike- I think alternating the dress colors is awesome. I was going to do that but decided against it because the rest of the ceremony and reception are going to have so many color variations. I love the idea as vinyl records for chargers. That is a really cute idea.

Hey evalague, that’s what my wedding colors are! If you go back and see some of my posts on the blog, I’ve posted a bunch of inspiration boards, and my invitations Smile
