One of “The Knot” checklist items was to get into wedding day shape. Anybody out there with fitness or cosmetic goals for 2014. My #1 for 2013 was Lasik I didn’t want to be bothered with contacts on the honeymoon. My 2014 goals are below:
- Teeth Whitening – 2 or 3 sessions
What about you guys? Any other wedding days goals out there?

I dropped gluten and dairy from my diet and started kickboxing twice a week with some weight training mixed in. I lost almost 30 pounds in under three months!!! Highly recommended.

tm21308 I’ve been asking FI to go the gym with me. He’s dragging his feet, so I’m going solo. He’ll get with the program once he sees my results.

I’m starting the 30 day shred tomorrow. I know it isn’t bridal boot camp but it’s still to get me slimmer for my wedding.

Soon2BD-CBee Good for you I heard it’s awesome and extremely effecctive. Its a little too intense for me, but I have started walking everyday and watching what I eat. Eating more fruits/veggies and drinking water ( I hate having to pee so much).
