It’s a very ecletic palette, but they’re my two favorite colors and I’m so excited about it. The only issue is that turquoise is different to every one. Sometimes, it’s more green and others it’s more blue. I’m leaning towards more blue. Is anybody else using these colors? If so, tell me allllll about it! 🙂

@cruziiq: Sounds like a great color palette, very vibrant! While it’s not what we chose for our wedding, here are some inspiration photos to get you going:
Hope these help! 🙂

All those photos are so beautiful! I’m so glad I picked these for my colors! 🙂 @JemmyGee what brand were your dresses? The color looks perfect! I went with Allure Bridal and chose Turquoise Chiffon, the girls all get to wear different styles. I’m worried it looks more like a sky blue!
What do you think?

@cruziiq: I got them from Jcrew back in August of 2011, they were on clearance for $99.99! The color was mosaic blue but I’m not sure of they sell that color any longer but the dress is called the Arabella dress. I looooove the BM dress you chose but it does look a little like sky blue. Have you seen a color swatch in person? Sometimes the pictures make he colors a little off. Also, try aria.com. If these JCrew dresses weren’t on sale I would have ordered the dresses from there, they send you free swatches and the turquoise blue color they have is AMAZING!

Sort of! We’re doing turquoise, coral, peach, and yellow. (Yes, colorful!)

@cruziiq: I’ve considered both as we are having a weddingmoon in the Caribbean. I’m not sure these colours would work if it wasn’t on a beach, but to each their own 🙂

@MrsPanda99: I had my reception in an art museum and it looked perfect. I had originally wanted a destination wedding but have in to the wishes of my husband and family so I made it as bright and fun as I could without looking crazy. We had a lot of white throughout the reception because the museum was dark. It turned out beautifully. Unfortunately my photographer was a bozo and didn’t get great pics of the room.

This was a view from the head table. It’s during the pig dance (husband is Meacedonian orthodox) so you can see I had a lot of white with accents of the bright colors. We also had Chinese lanterns in white, turquoise, pink and orange all above the dance floor.
