I did the plyometric cardio workout today. OMG. I couldn’t finish the last circuit. But I am gonna keep pushing tomorrow and I hope next week I won’t have to take as many breaks!

I may just be replying to myself but I find it helps me to stay motivated! Just finished Day 3 with Cardio Power & Resistance. I finished part of the last circuit this time! Things are looking up already! Cool

Day 4 – done! I was warned that cardio recovery was still rough, which it was.. but it wasn’t as bad as I thought! Woo!

I started it and did it for 2.5 weeks before I got sick and then didn’t start! I plan on starting it again and finishing it in April because I’m a Bridesmaid or Best Man in two weddings this summer. I also want to be in peak physical health when I turn 25 in September.

@Whitwhit1689:  great minds…:) I also secretly want to get into better shape for a proposal and engagement pictures following said proposal…but I’m not sure when that is going to be. LOL

@braverbeating:  I’m mainly preparing for the same reason! Lol! I know it’ll be happening after August but before Christmas so I wanna look my best in advance! When are you starting it up again??

@CiaoForNow:  I’m starting again in April. SO and I have joined a gym and we have been going religiously since we joined. Its only been a week but I think I can see a difference!

@braverbeating:  Same! That definitely helps. It’s good to see where all the calories are going. I calculated out 1500 cals for one day for me while on this program which does not seem like a lot at all. I’m 5’8″ and 144lbs and I calculated it at a moderate activity level while on Insanity.
