These rings are all absolutely stunning. When I first moved to the US and started reading this forum and price scope I could not believe the size of the stones! I definitely think bigger the better is a US thing. In the UK most people have much smaller rings, people are much more concerned with clarity in England (higher clarity but smaller stone) or they care more that the ring is pretty to look at but practical to wear than having a huge rock to flash about. I don’t think people have rings as status symbols so much in England, although that is changing a bit with celebrity’s and the Kardashians on TV and all that jazz which is a shame. I like looking at all the bling but I especially like smaller rings, I think they look elegant and classy and they remind me of home.

It’s a little bigger than you’re asking, but here’s my excellent cut SI1 K .6ct diamond. Set in a band with a TCW of .26ct I love it. ๐Ÿ˜Š Size 8 finger

Mine barely has any diamonds (1/5 CT. T.W. Champagne and White Diamonds). I love this thing though. I’ve been married before. I had a diamond and I knew that if I were to ever get married again that I wanted a gemstone and a rose gold band (this one is rosegold even though it doesn’t look it in this photo).

0.51 heart brilliant set in a custom 9k rose gold setting.

I live in the U.K. And to be honest I haven’t seen a ring in person, that someone owns, bigger than that. A lot of people I know have smaller.

I think about 0.25 ct on a size 6 finger. I’m a little worried about shrinkage when we move from London to the US, but it’s so slim and pretty:)
