Out of curiosity, what exactly is it? It doesn’t seem crazy unsafe, so I’ve wondered about it before and considered researching it… i just haven’t yet.

I am always so skeptical about those pills and drinks and stuff! I would be interested to hear how it works for you. I am all for something helping me with my weight loss goals

I used to drink that stuff in middle school! I don’t know why, but I thought it was soooo good. I know it’s supposed to be meal replacement, but I used it as a drink with my meal! It probably didn’t help much 🙁

Hi I too have a lot of issues with swallowing pills so I tried the drink form….so disgusting.  It tasted like medicine and I think I took 3 sips and the rest have been sitting in the box.  I was really bummed bc it sounds like a good product….would you mind describing the pill size??

I used it! It was great for the first week or so, I wasn’t as hungry and I had a lot of energy. Then I forgot to take it one day after a week or so and I crashed hard and realized it wasn’t much better than any other diet pill. Seriously, I felt like such crap for like two to three days after being off of it. Maybe if you don’t stop taking it??? I just can’t imagine how hard you’d crash after longer than a week.

I took them 2 years ago because i thought they were the safer bet at a “healthy” diet pill, im not sure if it’s even considered a diet pill?? Anyways, my side effects were killer headaches every day i took them, so i gave up quickly. That may have been in conjunction with not eating breakfasts? Are you using the Naturals one??

Edit: Just dusted off my bottle and read warning label.. One serving contains caffeine equal to 2 cups of coffee. That mixed with my morning coffee and no breakfast prob was the reason. So ladies eat up in the morning if you choose to do this.
