@longtimemrs:  Not odd at all!! I find it so inspiring and impressive!!! I lost my wedding set last year. We’re looking at getting me a new set, but looking at all the ring options out there is so overwhelming because there are so many beautiful options out there! Yours, however, are off-the-charts!!! I’m in love with them, especially with the snowflake one!!

@WYAtocha:  I’m blushing over here. Thanks so much for your kind words. =)

I’m sorry you lost your wedding set. That must have been a difficult and somewhat heartbreaking loss. I know rings are just “things” and can be replaced. But they are also sentimental and hold a lot of memories. I hope you have fun looking for a new set. There is so much out there in terms of different styles and stones and everything. I love how it’s kind of “anything goes” these days. And the internet makes it possible to see it all! I totally get how it could feel a little overwhelming. Do you have any idea of particular design elements you enjoy? Or a particular type of stone?

@longtimemrs:  Yes! It’s just a “thing” that can be replaced but it held such sentimental value to me, and when I realized it was missing, I was devastated! I’m looking for a floral inspired ring since that was my original ring, and would want to incorporate some yellow diamonds since my original set had a yellow diamond halo. I’m in love with Beautiful Petra rings and have reached out to them but I can’t make up my mind on whether or not a two-tone look is for me. I’m definitely leaning toward a yes. I love the white color of platinum and the buttery color of 18k yellow gold…..but I’m so indecisive!!!

I finally got my engagement ring yesterday! Excited to be able to show it off a little! It’s fairly traditional, but I opted for a smaller horizontally set emerald cut diamond which I haven’t seen too often.

My engagement ring is tanzenite! The color is so beautiful and I love looking at how different it can be in all different types of lights.

@kteerose:  It looks great on you! It sounds simple when you describe it but it’s so unique and gorgeous. Shows you don’t need a huge diamond to have a wow factor!

Julia B jubilee cut 7 stone Moissanite ring I got for our anniversary. Pictures don’t do the sparkle justice. Loooove the jubilee cut stones.

@JessKatsuko:  OMG. That Montana sapphire is a stunner. I love that stone. Hexagonal cuts are so cool. They’re like optical illusions in person. I have a hexagonal step cut diamond pendant from Jewels by Grace that at different times look like a spiderweb and at times the Star of David. I think it’s still up on her site. That Montana sapphire though… definitely ocean. I could picture something with Montana sapphires and pearls or mother of pearl.

Thank you! I’m quite in love with it (and him! laughing) I’m American and my fiance is Swiss so it was a bit of a journey to find something we both liked that fit with both American and European engagement ring styles. Shockingly I wanted a little more bling than he preferred lol! I really liked the east west setting to give a classic setting a little twist and interest.
