Yes. I have started teeth whitening and I am eating really well and drinking A LOT of water to help my skin and stuff. My skin and my teeth are my biggest concerns. I am also going to start an arm workout routine because I’m pretty annoyed by my lack of tone.

No amount of tanning will help me (I am a red head and there is also skin cancer in my family) so I will do a spray tan before the big day. Oh, and I have been taking really good care of my nails.

I have been taking some of the arm workouts from the 30 day shred. They are really awesome! I can’t do a lot of the jumping stuff in that video but I love the arm stuff. I also kinda want the shake weight. I know, I know, it’s silly but I was using one in a store once and it really seemed like it would work!

@k_nash: I have been getting facials once a month also, but I break out everytime after it. Maybe she is using products that are too harsh or something.

I also want to start whitening my teeth so they are extra pretty for the big day 😀

I have been trying to eat healthier and workout more so my arms will look good in my strapless dress

Oops, I just realized this is for september brides.. Oh well lol

I have been eating well and working out with a trainer, so I am pretty good there.

I just bought some whitening strips, but I got the drugstore brand…anyone find that the super expensive Crest ones work the best? I didnt want to lay out 60 bucks for the same effect as the drug store brand.

I havent gotten a facial in a while, maybe I will like 2 months before, but not very close as I dont want to break out near the big day!!!

I’m so nervous about getting a facial!  I hear the extractions hurt and I’m also afraid of breakouts!  Lately I’ve just been using Boscia’s black mask and it’s been helping  to making my skin look smoother and pores smaller.

For teeth I’m using the Crest Vivid White Toothpaste that’s supposed to work in 2 weeks — I’ve used it since March/April and I’ve gotten comments on my teeth!  Not sure if I’ll get a whitening kit…

For hair, I’m using Ojon’s Restorative Hair Treatment — I LOVE IT.  I don’t want to get a cut or trim til September so its helping keeping my hair from drying out and being prone to split ends.

OH! and of course drinking more water and trying to sweat out the bad stuff.
