I saw it and I’m really interested to know if anyone here has tried it too!

Not in my budget right now but maybe once I get a job I can try it.  I spent way more than that on personal training sessions in a month.

I’ve been wanting to try this. There are a bunch of listings for it on ebay.

I’ve done a few workouts – it’s definitely insane! I’m fairly fit and I mostly wanted to die the entire time. It’s definitely not for anyone with sore knees – mine were aching for days afterwards! I know there’s another bee on the workout buddies thread that’s done it and has seen some good results. It’s not for the faint of heart, that’s for sure!

I’ve only managed to the fit test (at the very beginning) and day one.  Let’s say that I’m too scared for the rest of the progam, on the other hand FH has done it and loves it!  He alternates between the gym and Insanity.  Good Luck if your going to try it!

I am halfway through the program and love it. It is pretty hardcore but I like a really intense workout. After only 2 weeks I saw results in my butt and inner thighs. I love doing the fit test to measure improvement, since it never really stops feeling difficult so without the fit test I might not realize how I’m improving.

I start the max versions of the workouts next week (1 hour instead of 45 min) and I’m a little bit intimidated. I like that the workouts change every day (rotating through about 4 total at a time), that it’s fast-paced, and that it only takes an hour or less of my time each day.

I’m done with month 1 and I have to say, it is true when it says it’s INSANE. It is DEFINITELY not for beginners! I’ve done turbo jam and tae bo in the past and that’s nothing compared to this. You really have to push it really hard to get through it.

But anyway, my wedding is in 3 months so I am hoping to finish month 2 and start another round of months 1 and 2 before my wedding. Wish me luck!
