It might have been okay with our big kitty, but the smaller one is really dumb and would probably just fall in all the time. She fell in once after I’d gone pee and hadn’t closed the lid right away, so she tried to jump up onto the seat and immediately fell in. Urine kitty. Frown AND I had to leave for class or work or something ASAP, so I had to leave her (thankfully FI came over and cleaned her up).

Lol I haven’t but my friend has. It’s kind of odd sharing the bathroom with her kitties when I stay over… I feel like they are going to riot if I take too long in the shower. Wink

Hahahahahahahahaha I can’t tell if this is serious or not—I wanna try this! But my cat is so dumb and lazy she loves that we clean up her litter box

No, but I will watch videos of cats using toilets on YouTube all day long. I especially like when they flush.

Haha, they may be dropped in the toilet. I don’t train them to the toilet, I just provide them with a cat box full of cat litter.

Oh my goodness, those pictures are just the BEST!  They both have such priceless expressions on their little faces, too 🙂

My sister got city kitty and trained her cat to use the bathroom. He has his own bathroom in the basement and that is the only bathroom in the house he will use. They have moved twice and with every move he knows to use the bathroom. His name is Sherman and it’s kinda weird walking by and seeing the cat on the toilet.. Shut the door Sherman! Lol but it is too cute!

we tried. we have two cats–the younger girl took to it right away & the older boy WAS SO PISSED at us lol. he started peeing on piles of clothes/on backpacks/in the laundry bag & it was so annoying for my FI & i that we gave up. but i was so proud of jezebel–she was a pro after only like 2 days.

My friends mom did this, and is so hilarious! Its always awkward when you walk in and the cat is going, usually in the dark. I usually just awkwardly back out and wait my turn! Haha

I feel like it’s totally unnatural to toilet train a cat :

I use the litter robot 🙂 It’s my favorite litterbox ever!
