jolie2 :  try a long line bra. It helps with the lines and you can get them cheap on ebay. Honestly, I wouldn’t wear a thong. What if you get your period? Or need help going pee? Or need help getting into your dress?

I wore a long line bra to help with the tummy and it really did wonders many dresses have boning which would also help. I’d focus more on comfort than looking thin. Especially since 3 people may need to help u go pee.

Also cuz it’s going to take most people like 30 minutes to get in and out of the dress. Shape wear can make things difficult.

jolie2 :  I wore shapewear under mine. I had a fit and flare and considered a strapless bra but the dress fit so well, I didn’t end up needing it. I wore shapewear from my diaphragm to my upper thighs. It helped sooooo much.  I would highly recommend it. My tummy was super controlled!

Lastly I noticed that you are not wearing a mermaid under skirt. You need one of those if you want the mermaid look. They’re called hoop skirts and you can pick one up on eBay or Amazon for cheap. It’ll also help smooth your tummy. I’d recommend going to David’s Bridal and checking them out in person you can also check out bras. But they have many different kinds of hoop skirts so I’d really recommend going to a bridal salon just to check it out.

jolie2 :  It was more focused on tummy control.  Below is the link.  Because it was light control, it made me feel more comfortable dancing while still controling what my tummy does under my dress.  and it helped with bunching.
