I’ll bump this since we’re also contemplating a 5 or 6 night Honeymoon to St. Lucia, so I’m curious!

We are going the first week of April! Yay!!I can’t wait! This is our second honeymoon and will be going for 7 days. I have done a 4 day trip to Bahamas and it personally wasnt long enough but isnt any vacation to short? 5 days will still be wonderful and still have time to see the island!

@garden_bride: If you don’t mind me asking, which hotel did you book? The pic you posted looks *amazing*!

Dont be sad! It will still be amazing! Just make sure to get up really early to make the most out of your days!! You will have a wonderful time regardless of the extra two days or not! Still very amazing place to have your honeymoon!

I’ll be going to St. Lucia as well! I think 5 days will allow you to enjoy St. Lucia (it is a small island). You will have a lot of fun!

So I totally don’t understand why I keep seeing these posts about crazy flight layovers. I’m flying there from NY, and it will take less than 6 hours. Where are you flying from?

Are you factoring in the cost of a hotel room for a layover? That could really even the price out a bit!
