I haven’t had any comments about how young I look from any wedding vendors, but my work colleague and I went to a spa before Christmas and got taking to another lady in the steam room. She thought we were about 17-18. I’m 27 and my colleague is 23.

I’m nearly 29 and people at uni (recent school leavers) all think I am their age… I’m like NO I’m much closer to 30 and they don’t beleive it.

My friends/family joke around and tell me I’d look like a 12 year old if I didn’t have the big boobs. I guess I am petite and have a baby face.

People think that I’m you get than I am allll the time, especially as I have a high pitched voice. I sound like a two year old on the phone.

I am in my late 20s, and I frequently get comments about how young i look.  Like,  I was offered a Shirley temple at a restaurant last year kind of young.  The issue is that I work with teenagers. I am always actively trying to look older.  For example,  I dress as frumpy as possible and call myself old.  For the most part it works on them,  but not on my fellow adults.  I said I was dating my fiance for 4 years and a coworker asked if we were hough school sweethearts.  Not possible.

I’m 26, and I teach high school. I am told CONSTANTLY by other staff, parents, students, etc. that I look like one of the kids. It gets better as the school year progresses, but every September it comes back full swing with every set of new parents/teachers in the building. 😛 It doesn’t bother me so much but it does get repetitive.

When I’m with FH, he is 29 and a very big guy so I guess maybe his appearance makes me seem older and I don’t get it as much when I’m with him!

jellybellie:  Same here! Actually it has happened multiple times that parents or students have addressed me like I was one of the older kids. Even my own students seem to think I’m in my early twenties. But I have learned to take it as a compliment… I’ll be turning 28 next month.

I work for a university in one of the dining halls, so i work with students who are in their early 20’s. I was talking to a coworker the other day saying i cant believe its been over 10yrs since HS. the students that were working with us were like your in your late 20’s early 30’s. we thought you were 21 or 22. I was flattered but told them that I was29and that I graduated in 2004, when most of them were just starting highschool.

students thinking I’m a lot younger than them happens all the time.

my favorite was a few years ago when  I was working nightshift, it was a very slow night for us, so to pass the time we were dancing in the kitchen. one student yelled at me and my coworker ” look at this new dance move” we turned aroud and the guy was doing “the running man” reminded me of vanilla ice when he was in TMNT 2. we laughed and told him that it wasn’t a new move, to google the running man. LOL it made me feel old.

I’m 32 and get carded for lottery still.  I remember when my mom was in her early 40s people thought she was my sister!  I’m blessed with really good genes – and the fact that I’m asian (we don’t age apparently) is also a bonus 😉

I’m 27 and get told I look 19 all the time. I take it as a compliment. Hopefully when I hit 40, 50, 60 and so on, I might look about a decade younger than all of my friends lol. Plus my OH is 6 years my junior so it works out well, we look about the same age hehe.

I’m 27, going on 28 in June but I’m told that I look too young all the time, esp at work (nurse/nurse practitioner). I was at my Fiance then boyfriend’s parents house while they had friends over that I hadn’t met before, they thought that I was one of his sister’s friends (she was 15 at the time and I 26). They were shocked when Fiance introduced me hahaha. Being short probably also doesnt help, but all in all I think being considered “young looking” is not such a bad thing.

I’m 25 and even though I’m extremely tall, I still get mistaken for 18-ish!

The other night Fiance and I went to the casino, my ID was checked at the door. Then I went to the car to get something, and while I was gone apparently there was a huge uproar that I was let inside… because I was ‘underage!’ ️Lol.

I dropped my Fiance off to get a haircut the other day and waited for him while the barber finished up another client. Fiance told me that the barber later asked him if his girlfriend was in high school. Awkward.
