I think we’ve FINALLY picked a honeymoon spot–Aruba!! We’ll be staying at the Marriot’s Aruba Surf Club.
If anyone’s been there I’d love to hear what you liked/disliked and what we need to do while we’re there!

I’ve been there many times (like seriously.. probably more then 10) My parent’s own a time share at the surf club. 🙂
ETA Rec’s: Madame Jeannette’s for food (everyone will reccomend this) and depends on what you are up for I’ve been on horseback ride’s. Wind surfing, kite surfing, snorkling.
One of the best sunsets is at the Divi Phoenix, their restaurant I don’t know if they have changed it in the last years but it was the Sunset Bistro.

I was there a few years ago and I loved it. We stayed at Divi Aruba, but we did an excursion at another hotel (I can’t remember which it was but it was in a busy area of resorts). I would totally recommend it, it was snorkeling and different areas of water, it also had an open bar with this awesome punch. It was such a nice and fun way to spend the day and I met a group of people on the boat from my alma mater who met out later at Senor Frogs, which I would also recommend if you want a fun night out.
I hope you have a great honeymoon! 🙂

Here at the moment 🙂
Any question you have, I’ll be happy to answer!
We spent a day at the Mariott (Stellaris) and it was great. Good drinks and nice staff.
If you are hungry and don’t want to spend a fortune, go to La Vista (on property) and get the buffet. Overall very good for only $40 per person.
Today we did the Jolly Pirates morning cruise, and it was very worth it! Great if you like snorkeling.
Moomba is a good spot right by the Marriott, and very affordable.
Most of all:
Make reservations (ask for front row) at Passions. It is by far the most wonderful experience we had on the island. Dinner on the beach at sunset, and the food is fantastic 🙂

I went about 7 years ago (right before the Natalee Halloway stuff). Everything was beautiful. We did a brunch “snuba” cruise. It was pretty cool. They took you to 3 different sites to snorkle, one site was a ship wreck so there were a ton of fish and then they had “snuba” equipment which was a cross between scuba and snorkle. They served champagne and light food and it lasted a little over 4 hours. We also went jetskiing, which was so much fun. One thing I didn’t really like was parasailing. It’s fairly breezy there so going up in the air and being pulled by a boat was a little much. The harness cord was slapping me so hard in the thigh I actually couldn’t wait to get down. Just laying on the beach is amazing. The weather there is perfect. It’s sunny and warm but there is always a breeze so you are never too hot. It’s great 🙂

@Robin_Sparkles We’re thinking of going to the same place! And we have the same wedding date! haha funny coincidence! We are getting married at a marriot so we are using reward points!
