Hi. So, I booked my honeymoon vacation two days ago directly through the Sandals Website. I never received a confirmation email and don’t know how to review my information. Anyone have this same issue? Do they eventually email/send in the mail any more detailed information about my vacation/flight information??
Any feedback will help my greatly, thank you!

I’ve never booked with them, but I was a Customer Service agent for a travel agency that sold Sandals. I’malmost positive they should have sent a confirmation by now. With their ever-changing promos, I would get in contact with them to make sure you get the same price. First check your spam folder if you haven’t yet… if it’s not there, call 1-800-Sandals and ask someone to check on it for you.

We booked directly through Sandals’ site, and then couldn’t find our confirmation either. Fiance emailed them and asked, and they sent it over literally within seconds! Not sure if there was a glitch or sending error, but we were able to get that situated right away.
FYI though, we booked the resort on-site, not the flights, so I’m not sure if that affects it or not. Sorry!

Fiance booked ours directly through them and had to ask them to email a confirmation.
ETA: I will have to ask when he gets home from work how many days it took for him to contact them before they sent us something. He was deployed at the time and was having e-mail/connectivity issues on the ship as well. We have had pretty good communication with them since then.
