Yeah I was originally shocked at the prices.  I wish my Fiance had gotten my e-ring there.  Anyway, I plan to probably buy my wedding band from costco.  They are cheaper mainly b/c the mark-up isn’t as high one reason being they don’t have employees to help you pick, so you dno’t pay a premium for the service.  Also in general they say most jewelry stores you can negotiate down 5-30% and they still make a profit which, with no expectation to negotiate the prices can be cheaper as well.

i wanted to get my e-ring there, they have beautiful rings (costco too) and so cheap! Fiance went to a jewelry store where you can get your ring custom mad.e I love my e-ring…but I can’t help but wish he went to sam’s. I could have gotten a 3 karat for the price of my custom e-ring!! Ahhhh :-/ lol.

Costco has great prices, and they also have very high quality rings, I think the lowest quality they take is VSI2 or something. I wanted a ring from their but Fiance found another for a great price that he loved and I do too!

I have also been looking at Sam’s club rings for my wedding band. They are very lovely, with great prices. A co-worker bought her e-ring there, and it sparkles like crazy. Her and her Fiance couldn’t be happier with their purchase.

I think it’s perfectly ok to get your ring at Sam’s Club or Costco, although I totally understand why the price might seem too good to be true. Just make sure your diamond comes with a GIA grading report and that way you’ll know EXACTLY what it is you are getting and you’ll be able to decide if it really is a good deal or not. Not sure if they offer GIA grading reports or not, but keep in mind they are the most respected diamond grading lab and have the most accurate and strict grading standards, so you’ll definitely want to make sure your report is from them and no one else. Hope this helps! Good luck shopping 🙂
