We’re looking at a Hawaiian cruise for our honeymoon. 4 days at sea and then 7 days around the Hawaiian islands. Fiance has never been on a cruise and I’ve only done a Disney cruise as a kid so its a fairly new experience for both of us.

@thebrazenhead:  I bet we are going the same cruise!

We’re going to go beforehand and spend a few days in Oahu.

Cruises are awesome. Gorgeous changing scenery, lots of super delicious food (way better than all inclusive hotels) and tons of stuff on board if you get a larger ship. Spa, pool, casino.

Were going to book a room with a balcony so we can sit and have our coffe in the morning while looking out over the water.

I have done a cruise of the mediterranean.  DO IT!

We’re going on a cruise to Bermuda for our HM!  We get basically THREE days on Bermuda to explore and have fun to the max.  We can get on and off the ship whenever we want (even at night if we wanted to!!) and all the food and drink is already paid (we got a special beverage package).     The most I have to plan is getting to-from the ship and figuring out where we want to go first once we get to the island.    I’ve always wanted to visit Bermuda and this ended up being the most economical and feasible way, plus it has a nice balance of sea days and then on-island days.  I’m not a fan of port-hopping like on other cruises, but staying at one island for 3 days? Oh yeah!

Also, don’t do a bus tour for your honeymoon. I can think of nothing worse than that.  Rent a car, hang out together, but a bus??  Gawd no. *shudder*
