I had 80 people attending my wedding (ceremony and reception)
I cried my eyes out during my vows .. Not only that, I also cried another 2 times during reception (my brother kept count), mind you, they were all tears of joy!
Anyone had similar experience?

Yes actually, I teared up at my first wedding.
My second one I was sobbing.
Of course, I cry at the “He went to Jared” commercials and all those other sappy ones that are on at Christmas ….. you know Hallmark Cards, Autombile ones with the big red bows etc. Yes I’m a sappy sentimentalist at heart!

The only time I came close was turning the corner to begin walking the aisle with my parents. Everything else was cheesy grin. I think my husband (holy sh!t!!!) almost cried during our vows though. 🙂

I definitely teared up but didn’t bawl – though I almost lost it during the rehearsal! I think that’s when it really sank in for me; our engagement was short and everything was really busy with planning and moving that I hadn’t really stopped long enough to allow the emotions of our wedding to sink in until the rehearsal.

I didn’t cry, but I did laugh out loud when I couldn’t get DH’s ring to go on his finger! He just let me struggle with it for what seemed like the longest time, until I looked up at him and whispered “help me.” I don’t know why, but it struck me as funny and then completely appropriate, because he’s always been there to help me. During the vows, we did look into each other’s eyes, and I felt completely overwhelmed by the emotion of it, but I didn’t cry.

THe funniest thing I thought having me cry also made my girlfriends cry too….
I could barely say my vows… just thinking about it now , not even sure if my vows were legalized

Not married yet, but our Officiant has sent us the ceremony in full to read over. I can’t read it without sobbing like a child, so I have little doubt as to what will happen on the day!
