Is anyone out there dairy-free by choice?
Lately my face has been pretty bad acne-wise. I think it’s mostly hormonal, as that’s when my face is the worst. But I’ve also noticed that my face gets really bad when I’m eating more dairy. It seems to be a trigger for me, I’m guessing from the hormones in dairy.
I don’t usually consume much dairy to begin with (just cheese, butter and milk in my chai) so I definitely notice a difference in my face when I’m eating more.
So those of you who are dairy-free:
Did you notice an improvement in your acne?
Was the switch hard?
(I also have a dermatologist appointment so I’m going to bring this up. But I figure every little bit helps)
