@JennyW1: I understand what you mean, and thank you for your advice, but I am just DREADING going to the shop and not fitting into my wedding dress. But you all have a point that the most important thing is to fit into it on the wedding day!!!
It’s my 1st fitting and I’ll have another one in 4 weeks’ time (my wedding is actually 4th December, I put 18th because I don’t want my fiance finding my profile here 😛 a bti paranoid I know)

I just want to back up MissIntent and say that muscle bulk is the last thing you need to worry about right now. To gain muscle, you need to eat a surplus of calories (usually with very high protein) and lift heavy weights. When losing weight, your bigger concern will actually be maintaining the muscle you have and losing mostly fat. Weight lifting can help with this
