I just want to back up MissIntent and say that muscle bulk is the last thing you need to worry about right now.  To gain muscle, you need to eat a surplus of calories (usually with very high protein) and lift heavy weights.  When losing weight, your bigger concern will actually be maintaining the muscle you have and losing mostly fat. Weight lifting can help with this
