Yay or Nay?
Yay or Nay?
I’d like to see the answers too!
I got one of the DVDs from the library (I don’t know why they didn’t put the whole set of dvds together), and I didn’t really like it that much. But it was only one of the whole set, so maybe the others are more fun. The one that I got reminded me of kind of a really watered-down version of the Insanity workouts. It was really boring.
I’m doing them right now and I love them!!! I normally hate work out videos, but I find the time flys with these ones. I just finished my 3rd week, I started at 144 lbs and I’m 5’4″. Although I’ve only lost 5lbs (I was hoping for more), I’ve lost 12.5 inches. I’m really toning up!
I don’t want to get smaller/lose weight but I need to TONE my butt for sure. Do you feel that you are gaining any muscle? Is it worth the money for this program?
I’m definitely toning up. I can feel abs under my little tummy squish (I never had that before) and on the outside of my thighs I have that muscle line. My booty is a little perkier, but I’m not doing the work out plan aimed for that right now. It comes with a calendar with 4 different workout plans, so that helps me stick to what I gotta do and not slack off. The cost was worth it for me. I think they have a 30 day trial where you can return it if you don’t like it. I’m pretty sure you have to order it though beachbody.com for that though.
Another thing – you need a set of weights and ankle weights for some of the workouts, and it doesn’t come with them. It only comes with the resistance band.
Fiance and I call it the Boom Boom butt lol I keep bugging him that I wanna do it and he said he will go out and get them.
