My Maid/Matron of Honor is planning my shower, I didnt know that we can help them with the favors, I honestly thought it was all suppose to be a surprise.  Since my Maid/Matron of Honor is kind of unreliable and I dont think she really knows she has to do favors, I guess im going to step in on this one and help her. I love the hersheys!!!

For my sister’s shower, I made white chocolate lollipops in the shape of umbrellas (get it?).  Each one was wrapped in a cellophane bag with a ribbon printed with my sister’s wedding date.  I got all the materials from Michael’s and my friend had the umbrella lollipop molds already; it ended up being a big hit and quite economical!

We’re having a tea party theme, and my sister (MOH) showed me the favors to get my approval – they’re modern-looking, white tea cups that sit in a little tray that holds cookies or sandwiches.  When I get home tonight, I’ll post the link.

My uber-crafy bridesmaid Heather made homemade VANILLA from the Style Me Pretty guide.  Then she put them in a paper bag with a cookie cutter and a recipe for sugar cookies.  They were awesome favors!

For my cousin’s shower, we made simple sugar cookies using a flower shaped cookie cutter.  Then piped some colored icing around the petals.  Put in a clear bag with curled ribbon to tie it up.  Everyone thought they were from a bakery!  And trust me, I’m no baker or really that crafty at all!
