So glad I stumbled onto this thread. I have the Insanity workout, and admittedly I’ve been a little lazy and haven’t started it yet. I’m hoping to tone up and lose maybe 10 lbs or so.

 

I am going to try to start it this week! I’ll let everyone know how it goes!

And I haven’t seen Tonya yet! Hazzah!

Oh and I like Hakeem because he always has to stop! Haha although I wonder if it’s to make us feel better because he looks really in shape.

I have my last Pure Cardio tonight. It’s kinda bittersweet because I’m thrilled to be done with it but terrified of whats to come next month!

And I’m with everyone who wants to kick Tonya’s butt.

@readynwaiting58:  What did you think of today? Max Plyo is awful! lol OMG…so.many.pushups! Probably didn’t help that I went out to eat and did it afterwards so I felt like I was going to puke the whole time. Ugh, usually I do it before dinner.

I did it last year for abut 2 weeks, was seeing results and then stopped and switched dvds to Jillian Michaels. I’m thinking of starting up again.  I had a love hate relationship with Shaun T and decided to break up with him, lol.  Oh and Tonya…yep hate her too.

5:30am I’m doing it every morning during the week. Last week started it up again and I could barely walk! 🙂 The first round I only finished the first month… And I could see results. Even wore a bikini in public on our Hawaiian Vacation. 

If you are dedicated you will see the results! Each week you will get stronger. Modify the exercises if you have to, but eventually you will be able to do them! I’m still proud every time I’m able to do a moving pushup! 🙂

And now I have a wedding dress to look fabulous in motivating me everyday.

On week 3 of my 2nd round, this time Fiance is doing it with me! I saw GREAT results the first time around =)
