I am in week 3 of insanity and like some others don’t really see the results yet. I can definitely feel them though in the workouts-I am not struggling or having to stop as much and I don’t feel as fatigued. It would be nice to be able to SEE the difference too though. From what I’ve read, the pounds really drop the second month so I’m looking forward to starting that.

Ok, I just took some midpoint pics and compared them with my before pics.  The differences are subtle, but they are there!  As tough as it is to take bikini shots under fluorescent lights, this has actually been motivational!!

Just finished! I am so impressed with the differences between the first fit test and today! I actually did more switch kicks than Tonya! Take that Tonya! lol

We’re taking a week off, then starting over! Keep it up ladies!

I think fi and I need to find an eating plan. We are having trouble keeping up energy during he exercises. On days we eat a lot, the next day is easier , but the days that we don’t  and have. Like a sammich for dinner , the next day we can barky get through the first round. ๐Ÿ™

@mags2233:  Are you doing it with a food plan too? I log on to MFP but honestly, I don’t really know exactly how much I’m eating. Also, I seem to see that other folks are doing Insanity AND something else in addition. I’ve only been doing it for four days. This is my first week. I add 20mins of cardio or strenght training to it too but I think I might need to seriously revamp my eating habits. By The Way, do your clothes fit different? Maybe you are converting fat to muscle. Also, for those who cook for two where do you get your recipes from? I found it so much easier to cook alone and be congnizant of serving size when I lived alone. With DH, 4 servings magically morph into 3 or 2.5 or 3.4. Ugh, it’s hard. Also, I can’t seem to lower my carbs. I love rice, pasta and potatoes ๐Ÿ™ So, any help will be appreciated ๐Ÿ™‚

Yeah, changing my diet is the only way I really started to see the pounds drop.  That’s how my body works though.

Just started month 2 and it’s definitely more intense, but I’m feeling really good!  Just flexed and felt my bicep (ok, i felt a little silly!), but i can’t believe how strong my arms feel!  It’s awesome!  Definitely a great motiviator to keep going!  How’s everyone else feeling?

I’m trying it for the second time, I’m halfway through week 2.  I did it before the wedding and had to stop after week 3 because my knee was giving out and my knee is starting to ache again.  I’m so frustrated to think I’ll have to stop again!!  Those of you that modify, how do you do it?  I can’t think of how to modify things to make it easier on my knee since 2/3 of the workouts seem to involve some kind of jumping.
