Whoah, that link was crazy!  Very encouraging!  I’ve lost a few pounds but haven’t lost any inches yet.  Halfway through week four.  I heard all the real changes come in month two, I hope so.  I also hope my baby starts taking longer naps by the time I’m in month two since he barely sleeps long enough for me to get through one of the 40 minute workouts now!

Anybody interested in joining a Facebook Insanity accountability group, let me know! I would love to have an intimate group, especially with fello bees, to help hold us accountable and motivated!

Okay so I’m having to restart again this week, I got 2 days in and got sick and I haven’t been well enough to do it for the rest of the week so I’m starting again tomorrow!

@bRooklynRocks:  If you’re losing fat but gaining muscle the scale might not change but you will go down in inches!

ETA: ok, I just looked at your link and you obviously already know this! 😉

OK, my Fiance did his fit test yesterday and I just did mine tonight. Whoaaaaa that was HARD. I knew it would be, and need it to be, but seriously.

I can only think that if it’s that hard, it will really give great results! Here’s hoping!!

@miss narwhal:  LOL I’m starting again today too! Last week was a total right-off, I don’t even have a good excuse.  Anyways, today is a fresh day and a fresh month so off to the races again.

Good luck to us! We can do it!

Anyone still doing the Insanity workout? I just bought it online yesterday and am trying to gear myself up for its arrival this week. I did the TurboFire workout for 2 months, but it was a little too dance/girly for me, and I haven’t worked out in a while. Lost a ton of weight from diet alone, and am hoping to work out to help lose the last 15 lbs!

If TurboFire felt too girly/dancy for you, you’ll definitely love Insanity.

I’ve been off the workout wagon since May…that’s the longest I’ve been inactive in over four years since I first started running and getting in shape! I feel like an out of shape blob. 🙂 I went for a run yesterday and was planning on doing an Insanity workout tonight. I’ve finished the whole program before and, even with hardly watching my diet too closely (though I eat pretty healthily in general – but there’s the weekly drunken mac and cheese that must be noted), I lost somewhere in the 7-10 pound range. It’s a hell of a workout.

@maryaz:  Thanks for the feedback! I’m going to do my best to follow through with it…I keep hearing about how ridiculously hard it is, so I’m preparing myself for the worst.

I want to start so badly but I am so unmotivated to do it every single day with only one day off. Has anyone modified the schedule and done it say, every other day?
