(Closed) Anyone doing Power 90 to get in shape before the wedding?

I just finished “Ripped in 30” by Jillian Michaels and saw great results from the 30 day program. Now I’m doing “Supreme 90 Day” and so far I really like it. As for tips, I’d say that eating is just as important as the exercise program. Supreme 90 came with a clean eating plan too, which is nice. Don’t deprive yourself though, give yourself a meal off per week, or a day off. That will prevent your body from getting too used to the changes you’ve made!

@Jude7186 – I’d recommend getting a greens powder or supplement if you have trouble getting your fruits/veggies in – it’s less than ideal, but it is better than nothing!

I’m doing P90 (its been almost a week) and I am also doing Shakeology 🙂

@jude7186: I’m down 9 pounds. and in measurements I’m down 3 inches on my waist, 1/2 inch on hips and arms. I can’t remember what on my bust line but it did go down a tiny bit. I’ve been on P90 for 2 weeks ( about 11 days) and Shakeology  1.5 weeks.

I’m doing P90 in the morning and have a shake. In the evening I walk my dog (not crazy fast walking yet lol but not a stroll) at the marina by my house which is 1.8 miles. I’m not taking in any processed foods at all. 🙂

@b00kbug: It’s a great program 🙂 I do 6 days then take a day off.
