I absolutely LOVE that video!! I didn’t lose any weight while on this, but did manage to lose a totale of 13.75 inches off my body, and felt amazing!!!! It’s GREAT!

I did my first day yesterday and I really liked it, but lordy am I sore today!  I think I should have done the “easy” squats instead of the full blown ones because my thighs burn like the dickens today Yell

I have it. I don’t do it everyday, though. At least once a week, Jillian and I get down, but the rest of the week, I head to the gym. Getting out of my apartment keeps me more motivated to work out, at times.

i randomly do this video. i did it religiously for about 2 weeks and didnt really notice anything but again i was not watching my diet too much. i really like it though. level two is good too. i ahve never done level 3….

I was hooked for about 2 weeks.  Then I started getting bored.  How I can get bored in 20 minutes, I don’t know.  So I’ve incorporated lots of Jillian’s moves into my own workout.  I pretty much have it memorized and do it while watching TV.  I have noticed a difference in my arms, have fun!  I love it!

PS, like you I DO NOT enjoy working out!  I’ve tried lots of programs and workouts and this was the best for a non-exercise lover.

I LOVE the Shred. I just love Jillian Michaels in general. She doesn’t annoy me at all, she’s very direct, and all the talking she does during the video is motivating and makes tons of sense. If I’m feeling tired and want to quit, she’ll just in and say, “Think about going bathing suit shopping!” and I do, and I’m totally motivated to keep going. I love it when she says, “You should feel like you want to die right now!” It’s awesome. I love how she always explains that your body won’t change unless you push it because that’s totally true.

I love her workouts because she works the whole body. I used to be an avid treadmill/jogging person, and these workouts are just what I needed because I was so used to using the same muscles all the time. I really felt it after the first week.

I’d also highly recommend her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism DVD. Same idea … lots of simple movements that really get your heart rate up. But that one’s a bit more challenging and a longer overall circuit. It’s also mostly cardio.

I’m on the shred, too. I have to admit, I’m very VERY sore today and it’s only day 2!!! I was in need of a good toning video… this is doing the trick :]

I hate hate hate working out too, but I agree, I love the Shred! I don’t recommend her yoga video though unless you actually already do yoga. I tried it the other day and realized I’m not coordinated enough to do yoga, and also you can’t follow the video very well from the different positions you’re in. I MUCH prefer the Shred. It’s killer! I did the NYC Ballet work out today, which is a very slow, dancy, stretchy sort of workout, and I think it’ll be perfect for days when I’m aching from the Shred.

@bakerella- I’ve been thinking about getting the NYC Ballet workout… do you like it?! It’s all about stretching, right?? It’s been a while since I’ve looked into it.

I have done it, but i want to lose more weight rather than tone, so it didn’t really give me the results I want. But it is a good video (other than Jillians voice and manlyness!)

I’ve be doing it on and off and really like it!  I’ve been pairing it with running and a ballet workout and have noticed a difference(slight) in my arms and abs!  So gotta keep doing more and contiuneing to eat better…6lbs down hopefully 5-7 more to go!!  Wish me luck 😉
