I want to make paper flowers made out of the pages of books (like my avatar) for my fortune bouquet. Has anyone attempted these? How did it go? How many did you make and how long did it take you? I’d love to see pictures, too!
Here are some examples that I love:

I’ve finish my own bouquet out of paper… paper bouts.. and will be tacking the bridesmaids bouquets & the rest of the flowers needed for the reception this weekend
I’ve seen the flowers you have and they’re relatively simple to do.. just time consuming (like all paper flowers lol)
here’s a pic of my bouquet.. I went with a very bright loud bouquet b/c it fits with our theme but you can use any kind of paper and it gives a totally different look… ie. old books/sheet music give a very “in love” type feel
The 2 types of flowers are each very simple and the 5 points are just a tad time consuming b/c the steps of making each petal and then putting it together… I love them though =)

I tried! I started making a topiary and it actually turned out really pretty. Unfortunately, it also took me FOREVER! I finished about 3/4 of it. I don’t know how I thought I’d be able to make 17 or 18 tables worth. They are definitely very time consuming! I’m always very impressed by the results of those who make them, though.
