I’ve spent most of the afternoon in the kitchen today making breakfast and lunch foods to put in the freezer for SO. This way he has stuff tomake before work or to take to work. Anyone else do this? What’s your favorite thing to make?
I made homemade blueberry waffles, pizza crescents, chili cornbread bites and will probably make some french toast too.

@wisher558: Yes–we’re on opposite schedules so I have to always keep food in the fridge or we both eat junk. My favorite is to make a big batch of roasted veggies: cauliflower, mushrooms, onions, and zucchini, then toss with a little olive oil and salt and pepper. We also make 2 giant salads at the beginning of the week: a pasta salad with tuna and egg whites and a chef salad with fake crab, corn, scallions, egg whites, etc.
