No. Brides are like addicts and dresses are our crack. Go for it, just don't fall in love! : (11 votes)

Not weird, just a very dangerous path!

@WineAndCupcakes: I tried on 3 dresses. When I bought one, it was sight unseen without trying it on.

    To me that spells T-R-O-U-B-L-E.

I think when you’re waiting for your dress to come in you can almost lose sight of what you loved about it if you’re not careful. Then before you know it, you’ll be shopping for another gown because you’re having doubts.

No more shopping for this gal.

Uh oh… this could be bad news if you find something else!

I’ve definitely thought about shopping some more just because it was fun and you never get to wear such fancy gowns in real life.

I told FI previously that I want to go “fake dress shopping” for fun some time after the wedding and he laughed at me. Sigh.

I think it’s totally fine. Now that I’ve ordered my dress, every other dress I see just makes me MORE confident that I picked the right one… if you go into it like a bitchy girl and critique every other dress and you’ll be in great shape. Just don’t forget how much you love yours!

@WineAndCupcakes: I just decided it looked nice. I think we work ourselves up over the dress.

I am probably the single most indecisive person known to mankind and I cannot BELIEVE it took me only 3 bridal salons and only 7 dresses to find “THE ONE”.  I just think there would be not just **A** dress, but **DRESSES** out there that would make me second guess the one I have.

I don’t know about everyone else but it’s thrilling to completely cross things off my planning list.  Ha!
