If everything goes to plan, we will be getting married, buying a house, changing jobs, and having a baby within the next 3-4 years. We’ve set a date (!) for September 19, 2020 because that gives us time to save and plan and it’s also the Saturday before our dating anniversary (9/20). The wedding I’m planning basically all on my own (FH is only a little help on that front) and will be DIYing everything that I can. The list of things I’m NOT doing is shorter than what I am LOL.

We live in a small apartment that we’re both tired of living in and want to move into a house so that we can have animals. We’re both in low paying, dead-end jobs so we’re both hoping to move into better jobs within the next year. PLUS I want to at least have my first child before I turn 30. Which is still 5 years away, but I have PCOS which makes things difficult on that front and will just get more so as I get older.

So, needless to say, I think our next few years are looking rather busy!

SO FEEL YOUR PAIN! Not necessarily house-buying, but we are moving states and into an apartment that’s temporary until we find a more permanent one (for FI’s job and thus I am job searching too) and planning a wedding at the same time. The stress is real right now. But yea, I try to remind myself often that these are so first world problems!!

Yup! Although we only have 1 wedding to attend out of town this year and it is after ours.  We are building a house, planning a wedding, sold FI’s house and we plan to try to get pregnant right after the wedding.  And if that wasn’t enough, our house is projected to close 2 days before our wedding (next month) and we both have to be out of our respective homes (I’m in an apt) less than 2 weeks after the wedding. But like the OP said, these are totally #FirstWorldProblems! Good luck to all!
