Ugh I’ve had this painful soar throat for days now and I’m sick and tired of it.
It hurts to swallow and talk.
I thought I had cut or torn it because a lot of times I’ll sleep with my mouth open and all that will dry out and I’ll usually cut or tear my lip if I move it before it gets any moisture. But I don’t know…I would think that would stop hurting by now.
I realized that since I’ve stopped working and I’ve been stuck at home for months I’ve stopped getting sick. We stayed in a hotel room this weekend and went to a Braves game and now I have a soar throat….hhmm coincidence??

Ugh, sorry you’re feeling poorly!
Being out in public with tons of people pretty much = germfest compared to staying at home. I’m not a dr. but it could be that with less exposure to germs your resistence has gone down.
In any case I hope you feel much better very soon! Sending healthy vibes your way!

haha! Thank you for the vibes 😉 😉
Yeah I never thought of that…or maybe it’s because I don’t eat healthy 😀 😀 hehehe!

my allergies have been particularly bad the past couple of weeks. only today after i hawked up a big piece of dried phlem have i started to feel normal. It was clogging my ability to breathe and all my coughing fits scratched my throat dry. gross, eh?
are you dehydrated? my skin gets like that if i’m not careful about my water intake.
