Yeah, I am in the same place.  I’ve been planning since Jan. 2012!  I didn’t have much to go on so I had to do a lot of research first, but as soon as I did, I made up my mind.  So I have second guessed probably… everything.  That or I spend too way too much time obsessing over little details.  Everything is basically done that can be done, except the dress and I’m doing that this weekend.  I’m using a couple different checklists, so I am just trusting them to not let me forget anything.  Many things are dependent on the RSVP’s so I just have to be patient.  I’m waiting (NOT PATIENTLY) to send out the invites in April.  It’s taking forever!!  I know exactly how you feel!  🙂  Hang in there.  Supposedly it will be here before we know it.

@HVbride:  I feel the exact same way! I just met with the coordinate that comes with our venue tonight. I thought I would leave there with a whole list of things to do. It is actually the complete opposite. Half the things I was planning on doing she says she will do for me so I don’t have to worry about it. Things like: table numbers, all decorations other than centerpieces, room layout, day of schedule, place cards, vendor coordination, and rehearsal dinner. It is a releif to have some one so experienced taking care of all of this stuff, but i feel like the time would go by faster if I was busier. Although, being a first year teacher I definitely shouldn’t complain about someone taking over some responsibility for the wedding while I focus on getting through this school year.

@HVbride:  lol. I got engaged in November and all I have done is ask most of my bridal party. Hopefully I will have a rh soon. It could be as early as June! I’m not panicking yet, though.

@HVbride:  yes, got all the big things booked (both venues, caterer, dj, florist) need to finalize the cake person, and all the other little things, like decorations.

it doesn’t help that I’m work 50+ hours a week (plus lunch and travel time) and have 3 kids at home to care for, so my time to plan is so limited.

@HVbride:  i’ve been engaged forever so i’ve had lots done for a while.  i crafted my ass off and now i feel like i have nothing on the list except alterations.  it sucks that we’re gonna be running around like chickens with our heads cut off about a week before with finalizing menu and vendors, making final payments, seating charts, etc.  i wish i could just do all that now!

Include me in here…. engaged last June.  Created, crafted everything I could and gunning for the 13th of March to be done everything.  I also work 40 hours a week and 3 kids under 7 years old… so I feel drained but great that its almost all done.  Lots of DIY… everything I could make I did already.  The only thing left will be seating chart, but not till June on the RSVP cutoff and help plan the Jack and Jill in May.  Thats it…DONE!  I may have to invent some new stuff just to keep me occupied till July lol!

@HVbride:  I’m in the same boat as you! (We have the same wedding date too!) everywhere I go people are like are you getting stressed yet? Do you have so much todo? And I’m honestly more frustrated that I don’t have anything to do! When are you sending out invitations?
