I am freaking out a bit!  I have lots of things left on my list and have been feeling indecisive which just makes me more stressed.  i’ve been trying to make a list of three things to get done each day so that I don’t get overwhelmed by my whole list at once.

Yep, I alternate between being ridiculously giddy and excited and anxious and overwhelmed! We still have to write our vows, pick our music, figure our our seating chart/place settings, arrange the rehearsal dinner, dress fittings for me, hair/makeup trial, gifts for bridesmaids/groomsmen, marriage license. Ahhhh!!!

I must say that 1 month before my wedding I felt like nothing was ready. I was scared to death that my wedding plans would not be complete, especially since my reception hall told me they were closing 2 months before my wedding and we have to make a plan B. Anyways, I am getting married next week and I feel that all is in place. It is weird to know that a mere 3 weeks ago I thought I could never get it all done and now I am relaxing on the couch my last week before my wedding not worried at all with everything in its place. Dont worry EVERYTHING will work out.

My to do list is somehow getting BIGGER rather than smaller. I’m not thrilled. The good news for me is that I have July off (I teach) and the wedding is at the end, so lots of time to do things. I am doing my bouquets today, bouts later this week and my Fiance and dad will be going shopping for booze and getting our liquor licence soon. My hair and makeup trials are not until July, so not worrying about that yet. Still need favour tags, pictures for frames, decor set up idea (lots of things, not sure what to do with them yet), hash out music, ughhhhh so much to doooo.

@takemyhand:  Date twin and job twin! I finish work a week before the wedding and have everyday booked in for something!

@ticatica:  Sweet! That never happens!!! Our school ends June 29, so I have almost a full month. This thread kicked my a** into gear, though, and last night I finished almost all the bouquets and bouts, as well as sent out that last invite I needed an address for and got on Thursday.

I know what you mean about the ‘little things’ list multiplying….I’ve only just remembered about a card drop box and coursages. I actually forgot about the table plan too whoops!

My life is one giant freak out. Today I found out that they’re completely re-doing the ONLY way that leads to the venue…yippee for road construction and making it 10x harder to get there.

I feel the same way!  We are July 14 too and we have so much to do.  Programs, ribbon wands, bar menu, photobooth props, finalize flowers, etc.  Luckily, with most of it, if we don’t get it done, no one will notice but us, so I’m trying not to panic too much.

Yep, had a wee bit of a freak out yesterday… for the most part everything is done, its just little crafty things now: Ceremony programs, table numbers, favours, place cards, eye spy game, buy ribbon, buy tea light candles, buy double sided tape, buy binders and make checklist for setup on the day, get the boys their shirts and shoes, finish slide show, finish music playlist and finalise timeline for the evening.

I also need to have my final fitting, make up trial and I need to drive my mum down to the location (3 hours away) so I can show her the room and formalize everything with the venue with her there (as mum will be setting up on the day).

In some ways its not much, in others I wonder where I will find the time to do it!

The ONE DAY I can go set up in my new school is on a Saturday in June. The same Saturday in June, in fact, that I have to be 2 hrs away to pick up my dress and have my final fitting. GAH!
