Nope. I love cooking and trying new recipes. I’ll scrub toilets before I’ll do dishes. I hate doing dishes.

I like cooking, but I hate cooking when I’m tired. I’m usually pretty wiped when its time to make dinner.

My SO needs a lot of help with meals too. I make heavy use of the slow cooker and rice cooker. I also freeze individual servings of things that hold up well in the freezer. I keep salad and dressing on hand too. That helps.

I hate cooking but I’m not married yet and do not live with Fiance (In a LDR) so…. I guess it helps me stay slim lool. I am so lazy that I’d rather not eat than cook… :s and I hate grocery shopping too. Hmm anyways I still got time to try out cooking sigh! I need motivation, but it’s hard to cook when it’s only for yourself : (

DaniDev143:  I love to cook. But, sometimes I get in these ruts where I just don’t feel like it. I’m definitely in a cooking rut right now.

Tonight, Fiance will be having leftover tacos and I’m going to make myself a smoothie and call it a night.

I’ll probably plan something out for tomorrow since it’s Saturday and I won’t be so busy.

I love cooking, anything from meals to baking cakes, I’m a stay at home mother but I love cleaning, cooking and everything inbetween! I love it when SO comes home from working he can come home to a clean house, we have food with the children they go to bed while I prepare dinner for the following day.

F— yes I hate cooking dinner.

I’m in a similar position too – even though I technically am out of the home less hours than my Fiance, I work part-time and go to school full-time (and my job is stressful), so by the time I get home I am freaking BEAT and the LAST thing I want to do is putter around in the kitchen with raw meat and recipes. When on my own, I am perfectly happy eating cold salads with tuna in it thrown together when I walk in the door, but I know Fiance likes something more substantial for dinner. To make matters even worse, I tend to be a one-meal-a-day kind of person, so I NEED to eat my meal right when I get home from work because I’m ravenous. Fiance eats breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so he isn’t hungry for dinner around 9 or 10pm – just about the time I am totally DONE doing things for the day, and ready to relax. We are definitely on totally different eating schedules.

Fiance never pressures me or makes me feel guilty for not cooking, but I do feel my own guilt because he is paying the rent while I am in school. I am making him pot roast tonight, but he ate cheese and crackers for dinner the other four nights of this week… oops.

I love cooking, but I definitely get into moods where it’s the last thing I want to do at the end of the day. I like to make big batches when I do cook something wonderful though, and freeze it. Then when I don’t feel like cooking, I just take the stuff that is already prepped or cooked, heat it up, and I have quick and delicious food! Perhaps you can meal plan a little and cook a lot on the weekend so you have less in the week?

I hate cooking, however, I work quite a few more hours than my husband so he typically does the cooking or we wouldn’t eat until 8-9pm.

What’s what I have Fiance for. He loves to cook and is pretty good at it. I NEVER cook anything. I feel its so much work with little to no satisfaction out of it. You eat it and its gone.

I hate it! After a lonnnng day like today the last thing I want to do is cook once I’m home. I love baking though (weird I know) I love sweets so I’m always down to bake.

I hated cooking until I found the “six o clock scramble” service… They provide healthy meal menus with recipes and grocery lists once a week…. So all I have to do is buy the stuff and it’s ready to whip together! Love it!!

librarygirl85:  I feel the same way! Cooking takes so much time and effort, and then you eat it and it’s gone in minutes. Lucky you for having a Fiance who cooks! My husband hates cooking even more than I do, and he’s terrible at it. We do crockpot dinners most nights.

I have a ridiculously fast metabolism and I eat constantly, like 5 big meals a day. I rarely even feel really full after a big dinner. So I feel like cooking is a Sisyphean task and I try to put as little time and energy into it as possible.
