Oh I absolutely hate it, and I’m totally worrying about the wedding photography. It’s one of the more expensive parts of the wedding and it would suck if my face ruined all the pictures! I tend to not photograph very well, pose awkwardly and make weird faces.. so maybe I’ll have to practice a little.
I think it’s probably a good idea to get to know the photographer before the wedding so you’ll (hopefully) feel more comfortable

I usually absolutely hate getting pictures taken. But surprisingly I didn’t mind at all on my wedding day! I was honestly dreading that part of the day and it actually sort of fun 🙂

you have absolutely no idea how much I despise having my picture taken. Always have. My mother says that even as an infant I’d scream my head off if they so much as took me in to a portrait studio. I’m convinced it’s her way of covering up the fact that she has no pictures of me because I was secretly adopted 😉
My Fiance and I just recently had engagement pics done and I was so uncomfortable and awkward. Not to mention it was so cold I was shivering so much I thought “there’s no way I’m staying in frame.” However, I got a sneak peek of the pics and either my photographer is a miracle worker or I am better looking than I thought. Well, except at a particular angle…I had no idea my chin looked the way it does from the side. I told my sisters and they were all “oh yeah, you’ve got mom’s chin.” What?!?! I never even noticed my mother had a particular kind of chin!!! At least I know I’m not adopted though…

I was so happy on the wedding day that I found getting my picture taken way funner and easier than the engagement shoot.
