I too hate my upper arms. I don’t mind my shoulders, it’s really just around the bicep that I don’t like… So, I bought a strapless dress but I’m planning to add little gathered Jasmine sleeves (I don’t know how else to describe them, but think of the Disney movie) made out of the same material that most of the dress is made out of!

Forgot to mention that there are also SO many ways you can stand for your photographs that will make your arms look WAY thinner. Try practicing in a mirror at home and see what works best, then keep that in mind on your wedding day. That is one thing I plan on doing!

@Ginger123: I love your dress and bouquet!! Just lovely!!! Are those poppies?
I hate my arms too, but I’m going to embrace them and wear my strapless dress as is; I will be surrounded by my closest friends and family so I would hope no one will be focused on them versus the day itself and me in my beautiful gown. I think ultimately go with whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Honestly, every time I step in my dress I forget about my arms and what they look like.

Hate isn’t a strong enough word for me and my arms…and honestly, my hatred of my arms drove me to pick the dress I bought because it’s the only dress I tried on that came with a bolero…would this be my dress if I was okay going sleeveless??? Probably not, but I do love it for me and how I look today.

Omg I hate my arms! I look at girls and they could have killer bods but it’s the arms I look at, everything else can be hidden but arms! I wishhhhh you could magically make them slim!
Anyway…… how about cape sort of thing that’s a little translucent?
