Ha ha just wondering if I am the only person who has the constant paranoia that the dress won’t fit right? Maybe it’s because my weight fluctuates very easily that I’m worried. I’m teaching overseas and when I travel I tend to lose weight. I’ve been teaching in the middle east for 4 months and have lost ten pounds. But then of course with Christmas I know I’ll gain some of it back– then when I go back to the gulf I’ll probably lose it again.
I work out less than I should (maybe once a week) and couldn’t imagine giving up my after school beer.
So bees, what do you do to fight the paranoia? Or to stay at a consistent body weight?

i totally understand, but you have to remember that it’s paranoia and you’re pretty much stressing about nothing. your fittings will be around 2-6 weeks before your wedding…after your final fitting is the time you have to really keep your weight consistent. up until your fittings, there’s really not anything to worry about!

I have it too! But my dress came last week and its a bit roomy. So I don’t think it’ll be a problem. Beautiful dress, btw!

YES IM DEF WORRIED!! my dress has a beautiful lace up back so I can go down a few and up possibly one size and it will still fit..BUT im afraid if I gain (or stay the same) I will look fat in my dress. So yea im stressing, but I need to get my crap together and get serious about weight loss..I need to lost about 10-15 lbs by April 30th

Absolutely. I ordered my dress a few months ago and have started losing weight for the first time in years recently. Luckily, the corset back can be pretty forgiving with fluctuations, and I figure that if I have to get a new one, doing so because I lost weight isn’t that bad.

You aren’t the only one! My dress fits PERFECTLY and needs no alterations, so I’m not going to lie and say I’m not scared!
